Born and raised in Salt Lake City Utah, I have always been intrigued by energy, spirituality, psychedelics, and the innate ability of our bodies intelligence. I began a successful career in Real Estate in my mid twenties, but something always felt missing. A decade later, here I am going after my true north star; Healing. I have learned ones healing and awakening journey is never really over, but there comes a time where you are meant to share the wisdom and growth you’ve gained, contributing to the greater good of humanity. So here we are!

As we peel back the layers it is important to me that my clients know they are never alone in whatever they are experiencing. Going through my own transformation journey by over coming domestic violence, sexual trauma, a brain tumor, and compounded grief I am able to show up with not only experience, but also compassion and empathy.

I became certified in USUI Holy Fire Reiki, Wings Energy Clearing, and Somatic IQ Breathwork, as well as studied Mediumship in the Virgin Islands. All of this was a beautiful foundation to my offerings yet that familiar feeling presented itself once again; Something was still missing. As I leaned in I realized I was trying to fit my gifts, knowledge, and talents into different boxes. I asked myself, how can I create a deeper level of healing for myself and others? Intuitive Breathwork was what answered back.
